Mindfulness refers to focusing our attention on the thoughts and feelings we are experiencing in the here and now. Through mindful attention and acceptance, we allow every feeling, emotion, sensation or thought to be present, without judgement. We don’t fight - we accept. This is GOOD. By letting go of this struggle:
