Timm is a licensed professional counselor who holds a Masters in Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. Using an eclectic approach, Timm blends modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology (PPT) with the goal of assisting clients realize more in their life. Timm has field experience in addiction recovery, residential and outpatient treatment settings, mobile crisis, and within the Connecticut Department of Corrections.
